Walking

Walking is the simplest form of exercise that doesn't cost you a single cent. Walk a lot recently~ taking the staircase up to level 4 is faster than taking the lift. Walk all the way from bukit jalil to where I live too! Haha, you will actually become happier after you walk more. Seriously!

Exercise can elevate your mood and also make you healthier. Prevent heart disease and obesity too! From now on, if you feel that you're fat or depressed or emo or unhealthy just walk faster and make your heart beat more~~ *remember to avoid the tiang on the path* Believe me it works!


Drink more water too keep yourself hydrated* all the timw!!
